Refund policy
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALES
We have a 30-day return policy. All returns must be received by Wigs Unlimited within 30 days from the date of the original invoice and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, all return merchandise must be:
- Carefully packed in its original packaging as purchased.
- Tags must be completely intact in their original condition.
- Wig must be unused, in its original condition.
- Wig must be clean and free of hair products, make up, perfume, etc.
- Wig cannot be altered in any way including trimmed, cut, or styled.
- Wig cannot be brushed out.
- Wig cannot be a custom order.
To start a return, contact us at wigsunlimitedva@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, you will receive a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate and make it right.
REFUNDS
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of approval or not. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
